What the platform provides

QuickToPrint supports the commercial workflow around apparel sourcing, but it does not replace the real-world responsibilities of buyers and suppliers.

The service covers public supplier discovery, protected sourcing workflows, RFQs, quotes, follow-up communication, support, billing visibility, and connected operational records.

QuickToPrint itself is not the manufacturing supplier for the goods being sourced through the platform.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are expected to keep account information accurate, protect credentials, and use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

  • Use real business and contact details where platform workflows depend on them
  • Do not misuse the service for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or harmful activity
  • Keep login credentials and internal workspace access appropriately controlled

Commercial and workflow responsibilities

Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for their own pricing, approvals, production commitments, deliveries, and commercial agreements.

QuickToPrint helps structure the workflow and preserve context, but the parties to a real transaction remain responsible for the underlying business commitments.

That includes quote content, production promises, invoices, payment obligations, and fulfillment outcomes.

Billing, payments, and service changes

Supplier plans, invoicing, payment-related flows, and launch-stage onboarding may evolve as the platform grows.

  • Public pricing, launch offers, and supplier subscription structures may change over time
  • Payment or invoice flows may rely on integrated third-party providers where applicable
  • Features, availability, and launch-stage access rules may be updated as the product matures
