Platform use
QuickToPrint provides a structured platform for buyer RFQs, supplier quote workflows, supplier discovery, award tracking, order follow-up, supplier billing visibility, and related notifications.
Users must use the platform lawfully, provide accurate business information, and avoid uploading content that they do not have permission to use.
Buyer and supplier responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for accurate RFQ details, artwork context, delivery expectations, award decisions, and communication with selected suppliers.
Suppliers are responsible for reviewing RFQs carefully, submitting accurate quotes, honoring agreed commercial terms, and keeping company and capability information current.
Billing reference
Supplier billing may include subscription charges, commission on awarded work, invoice visibility, and payment-status workflows depending on the selected supplier plan and the commercial model in effect at the time.
Invoice documents, payment requests, and billing status should be reviewed carefully by the relevant account holder.
Availability and support
QuickToPrint aims to provide a reliable workflow, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, supplier participation, awarded work, search visibility, or commercial outcomes.
For account-specific support, users should use the in-app support workflow where possible. Public-site questions can be sent to info@quicktoprint.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuickToPrint liability is limited and subject to the governing agreement between the relevant parties.
Nothing on the public marketing site should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, or production advice.
