How QuickToPrint handles account and workflow data
QuickToPrint processes account, company, RFQ, quote, message, support, and operational data so the platform can run the sourcing workflow securely. This page gives a practical overview of that handling.
- Account and contact details such as name, work email, company, and role
- Company profile information, supplier capabilities, and onboarding details
- RFQ, quote, message, support, invoice, and buyer-order workflow records
- Technical and security data used to protect sessions, devices, and platform operations
That includes authentication, supplier discovery, RFQ handling, quote comparison, awarded follow-up, billing visibility, notifications, and support responses.
Operational and security logs may also be processed to protect accounts, investigate issues, and maintain platform integrity.
- Data is not published publicly unless a company profile or marketing record is intentionally made public
- Workflow and account data is retained for operational, contractual, support, and legal reasons as required
- Access controls, protected sessions, and operational monitoring are used to reduce unauthorized access risk
Users already inside the platform should use the in-app Help & Support flow when possible so the request stays tied to the right account context.
For public-site or onboarding questions, use the contact page so the team can route the request correctly.
