QuickToPrint / FAQ
Frequently asked questions about QuickToPrint
Answers for buyer teams, supplier teams, and operators evaluating the workflow.
The common questions usually come down to supplier visibility, post-award communication, and whether the workflow is flexible enough for different print categories.
Who is QuickToPrint for?
QuickToPrint is designed for buyer teams requesting apparel printing quotes, supplier teams responding to invited RFQs, and operators who need visibility into onboarding and support.
Can I use it for embroidery and screen printing too?
Yes. The workflow is designed to support multiple apparel print categories, not just one decoration method.
What happens after a quote is awarded?
The awarded buyer and supplier can continue their communication inside the same platform context, including order follow-up, production updates, and status questions.
Can buyers browse suppliers before they use the app?
Yes. The public website and supplier directory help buyer teams understand supplier fit before they move into the protected RFQ workflow.
Is there already a mobile app?
Yes. QuickToPrint is available on mobile so teams can keep up with RFQ activity, messages, notifications, and workflow updates away from the desktop.
Is onboarding already fully self-serve?
Not fully yet. QuickToPrint still uses a guided launch and onboarding flow so buyer and supplier teams can be routed into the right next step.
